I began training in aerial technique with Aerial Dance Chicago in 2013 and spent 3 seasons with the company utilizing all different types of apparatuses.  We incorporated rope and harness, lyra, silks, sling, rings, and static trapeze.  Dancers easily transition to the air because of their training in spatial and body awareness.
